Western Sicily May 2019 Day 8
Our final day was one of sea life, relaxation, and celebration. A perfect way to enjoy ourselves some more and wind down before we took off the next morning.
The weather was perfect for our boat tour of San Vito Lo Capo and it’s surrounding gems. We learned about the local areas’ rich history and enjoyed the breathtaking views.
A small snack on board accompanied by some wine set the mood right as we floated outside the beautiful Scopello.
Before heading back we stopped at the natural preserve of La Riserva dello Zingaro. This gave us the opportunity to take a dip in the water and reach this secluded beach that is difficult to reach by land.
After lunch, some of us rested and others did some shopping before we met up for photos and champagne at a beautiful rooftop spot. A toast to health, wealth, and prosperity set us off to a fantastic restaurant where we ended our adventure in style!
